The AirNC pneumatic control system from Rexroth is a part of a drive concept for highly demanding applications.

Dynamic valve technology and precise absolute-distance sensors guarantee a process control with high performance.

The poppet valves are free of leakage and robust, even under difficult conditions.

The independent control of the pressures inside the cylinder chambers fosters the response time, the air consumption, and all this without special requirements concerning the quality of the air.

The AirNC control offers more than mere pneumatic movement: power/pressure, position and speed are optimally controlled.

Additional functions can be realised via integral NC-programs and a multitude of I/Os.

Various fieldbus interfaces as well as analogue and digital inputs and outputs are available to interface to higher-level controls.

The adjustment is effected via a serial interface by means of a PC.
