Pneumatic slides keep a low profile

Pneumatic MSF series mini slides meet the need for especially flat units for applications that demand low height and precisely guided linear movements.

With its pneumatic MSF series mini slides, Rexroth meets the need for especially flat mini slides for applications that demand low height and precisely guided linear movements.

The operational field of the new slide series is primarily for applications in which conventional compact slides cannot be employed due to their height.

The fact that they are only about half the height of compact slides means that the flat mini slides work wonders in terms of space.

A cage ball bearing guide enables a guided linear movement without play even in highly dynamic processes.

Due to the integrated infinitely adjustable stroke setting, the desired stroke length can be set to match the requirements.

For example, this adjustment is necessary when used in conjunction with grippers.

All MSF series sizes are fitted with elastic shock absorption.

Various mounting possibilities allow more flexibility during installation.

The complete drive is mounted onto the application from above or below using centering rings and screws, ensuring repetitive precision.

The load absorption can occur on the slides or front.

The MSF is available with 8, 12 and 16mm piston diameter sizes and standard stroke lengths from 10 to 80mm.

The MSF series is a part of the "Easy to Combine" automation system.

Easy to Combine is the modular solution from Rexroth for multi-axis automation - varied and direct.
