Linear motion technology finds new
applications
The eLine range now offers the benefits of advanced linear motion technology to a broader spectrum of applications from general handling and positioning tasks, to light machinery.
By balancing precision and price, Rexroth's expanded eLine range now offers the benefits of advanced linear motion technology to a broader spectrum of applications from general handling and positioning tasks, to light machinery Responding to customer demand, Rexroth has also grown the eLine range to include linear bushings, shafts and ball screw assemblies

Linear motion guides cope with uneven surfaces
Complementing its high-capacity ball rail systems, Rexroth's new eLine ball-rail range is designed to meet the needs of simple handling/positioning systems and light machinery.
Space elevator - could it become a reality?
The space elevator may sound like something from a science fiction novel, but in fact it is a very real structure proposed by very real scientists, engineers and space enthusiasts.
Packaging software smoothes product changeover
When using Rexroth's FlexProfile, a relationship can be established between motion segments on multiple axes to ensure that the pre-defined dependencies are retained when parameters are changed.
To reduce costs, Rexroth used its years of manufacturing experience to optimise proven production techniques and exploit new technologies and materials.
As a result, eLine products now offer greater economy, minimising up-front investment (from selection through to installation) and operating costs.
By using innovative manufacturing techniques to reduce products costs, designers no longer need to compromise a system's technical performance due to cost.
Instead, eLine provides the opportunity to exploit the long-life, low-maintenance characteristics of ball bearing technology in many more application environments.
ELine can also help manufacturers reduce costs during system assembly thanks to its ease of installation.
The ball rail systems can be mounted on relatively uneven surfaces and, thanks to their cantilever mounting, eLine linear bushings and shafts reduce assembly time and effort.
Also, the bushing can be simply pressed into the mounting bore, eliminating the need for complicated retaining fixtures.
During selection, eLine ball screw assemblies can be ordered as plug-and-play units with premachined screw ends, ball nuts and end bearings.
These ball screw assemblies also offer multiple length/lead/ ball nut combination options, providing low-cost solutions for different applications.
To improve convenience during selection and dimensioning, Rexroth's eLine catalogues have been structured so designers can quickly identify appropriate models and sizes, further reducing design time and costs.
Applications for Rexroth eLine ball rail systems, linear bushings, shafts and ball screw assemblies include pick-and-place product assembly systems. Request a free brochure from Bosch Rexroth - Linear Motion and Assembly ...
