Applications that place specific demands on dynamics or accuracy require system solutions, in which all the components involved are perfectly matched to each other.

Applications that place specific demands on dynamics or accuracy require system solutions, in which all the components involved are perfectly matched to each other.

Rexroth optimised the electrohydraulic cylinder axis with built-on valve and the HNC 100-NB digital controller assembly for position-controlled, highly dynamic movements.

The heart of this system is the 3WRCE32 cartridge valve with integrated, shockproof electronics.

The cartridge valve can be fitted with a servo or proportional pilot.

With servo pilot, this valve achieves step responses of close to 100% within 12ms and features corner frequencies of around 150Hz in the small signal range.

Thanks to these extremely dynamic high-response valves in conjunction with a powerful sheet metal feed drive, the customer can implement punching rates of the cylinder axis of more than 1000 double strokes per minute.

As this system that consists of cylinder, valve and controller assembly with software, comes completely tested, users can to integrate this subsystem into their machines without requiring any specific detailed knowledge.
