Processability data at real processing rates
Magna's capillary extrusion rheometers generate processability data at real processing rates.
The output is refreshed 10 times a second, and the resolution is 15bit (1 part in 32,768 or 0.003%).
The LCA15 may be programmed through either onboard switches or via an option handheld remote programmer.
Easy calibration and configuration of the output signals make the unit very user friendly, and ideal for OEM use or for one-off projects.
Auto tare and peak hold features are available, with optional relay output contacts with hysteresis and in-flight compensation for control or alarm purposes, optional current loop or RS232/485 communications, and optional printer output.
The standard LCA15 is mains powered (110/120 or 220/240V), with a 9-32V DC-powered version available.
The unit is supplied as standard in an ABS case sealed to IP65, but is available is a sealed metal case or on a Eurocard.
