Majestic Controls has added a new compact encoder to its extensive range of absolute and incremental encoders part number ENI 38L.

Majestic Controls has added a new compact encoder to its extensive range of absolute and incremental encoders part number ENI 38L The unit is of short length only 25 mm, and compact diameter 38 mm and it features direct mounting without coupling, which means that it can be used in restricted areas

Shaft and hollow shaft models are available, with pulse counts of 30 to 3,600 ppr and with six interfaces/power supplies, including with RS422 and push-pull outputs available.

This makes them one of the smallest encoders of their type on the market, a considerable advantage to design engineers working with smaller and smaller areas into which to install equipment.
