Majestic Controls has added two more encoders to its extensive range, developed for high operating temperatures up to 105C.

Majestic Controls has added two more encoders to its extensive range, developed for high operating temperatures up to 105C.

These encoders have also been developed with compact drives in mind, so that shaft versions (ESI58T) and hollow shaft (ENI58T) both have an easy system for alignment and mounting.

Both encoders come with electronic ageing compensation, so that even after 5 years of operating they still have the correct 90-degree phase shift.

This means that a frequent cause of premature encoder failure has been eliminated.

Both versions are available with shaft diameters of 6-10mm, and in the hollow shaft version up to 15mm diameter.

A large variety of up to 5000 pulses per revolution are available with either an RS422 or push-pull output.
