Bosch takes over Interlit Joistgen

Bosch Rexroth AG has bought Interlit Joistgen for an undisclosed amount, subject to antitrust approval.

Interlit Joistgen, based in Cologne, develops and markets systems for cooling and lubrication technology.

Bosch Rexroth also plans to buy the associated production company MSG Maschinen-und Stahlbau, located in Joachimsthal (Germany).

In 2007 Interlit Joistgen achieved a turnover of more than EUR13m (GBP10.9m) with a workforce of about 20 employees.

MSG employs about 80 people and its turnover was about EUR7m (GBP5.9m).
