Mahrenholz + Partner was found in 1980 by then director of Hannover University's Institute of Applied Mechanics, Mr.Prof.

The company provides product and services for vibration testing, emission testing and process monitoring.

Founded in 1992 to market Mahrenholz + Partner technology world-wide, m+p international provides software and system solutions for vibration and noise problems.

With 300 installed systems throughout the world, m+p international is a recognised leader in the field of data acquisition and vibration control.

Walter Klie, announced the merger as an "exciting event but also a requirement to compete world-wide in the computer-aided experimental test market.

He also announced the creation of three internal business units focusing on vibration, noise and control, vibration test stand and process monitoring.

m+p international GmbH has two solely owned subsidiaries in Verona, NJ and Farnham, England along with representatives and agents world-wide.
