The new TH8 hour meter from Matsushita Electric Works has been specifically designed for maintenance management applications within mobile vehicles and machines.

The device's distinctive, circular design makes for quick and easy installation into control panels or dashboards.

In addition, rated voltages of either 12 or 24VDC make the TH8 perfect for monitoring the service intervals of battery powered vehicles such as forklift trucks.

The durable TH8 can withstand functional shock resistance of min 10G and destructive shock resistance of min 100G.

A high quality synchronous motor not only ensures ultra accurate timing but also enhances the TH8's vibration resistance.

In addition to the excellent shock and vibration characteristics, the TH8 also has a water and dirt proof construction and is sealed to IP66.

These features make the TH8 suitable for extreme applications where careful maintenance management of components is essential, for example agricultural equipment, leisure craft, generators and construction machinery.
