Matsushita has published a new SUNX sensor general catalogue 2003, available free to enquirers.

The catalogue contains information on the SUNX range of sensing devices, including a comprehensive range of photoelectric sensors that incorporates the latest sensing techniques available to the industry.

As well as universal type sensors for general use there is a class leading range of miniature sensors for use in space critical applications.

Further to these products are the FX300 series of fibre optic based sensors that include advanced touch-teach amplifiers and a choice of over 150 fibre sensing heads and accessories.

In addition to the standard optical sensors, the catalogue also includes a range of measurement sensors based around LED and laser technology and includes the new HL-C1 laser sensor that offers high speed, high-resolution laser triangulation based measurement.

Other products include area-sensing devices such as safety light guards, inductive proximity and pressure sensing products.

Matsushita has also included a useful bonus section of over 20 pages that covers typical applications to be found within different industries, such as automotive, packaging, food processing and semiconductor industries.
