Flat belt conveyors come to the UK

Machine Building Systems is now supplying the Elcom range of flat belt conveyors to the UK and Ireland Well established for several years in Europe, they are competitively priced, come complete with motors and optional side guides, and each customer's unit is tested for several hours prior to despatch
Based on a structure made from Item profiles, they are available in modular widths of 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 250 and 400mm, and any length up to 6m can be specified, along with belt speed options from 2 to 24m/min as standard.
The majority are supplied with central drive units, where the motor is located in any desired position along the unit, but a very low cost end-drive version is also available, which has a secondary benefit of making flighted belts a possibility.
