A Machine Building Systems product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Mar 4, 2005

A range of stainless steel knuckle feet in five sizes and mounted on solid turned stainless bases of diameter 19.5 to 76mm have been added to the Item range.

A range of stainless steel knuckle feet in five sizes, with threads from M5 x 45, M6 x 45, M6 x 60, M12 x 75 to M16 x 100, and mounted on solid turned stainless bases of diameter 19.5 up to 76mm, have been introduced into the Item range.

Load carrying capacity is much increased, and is typically 100% or 200% greater than feet with zinc or plastic moulded bases.

Applications range from harsh or wet areas, where ESD requirements must be met, or where they are required simply for aesthetic reasons.

They have been designed so that existing Item components such as floor clamping plates and damping inserts may be used in conjunction with the feet.
