A choice of belt types is available on the Flat-Belt Conveyor 90, with a durable PVC belt fitted as standard, as is a stainless-steel skid-plate.

Elcom has extended its range of flat-belt conveyors with the introduction of the new Flat-Belt Conveyor 90.

This new product is available in five different widths from 500mm to 1000mm and comes with a larger, 90mm diameter steel pulley with roller bearings, making it suitable for heavy or bulky items.

A choice of belt types is available, with a durable PVC belt fitted as standard, as is a stainless-steel skid-plate.

Power is provided through an end-mounted three-phase geared motor, which can provide linear speeds of between 4m/min and 24m/min.

An inverter or mechanical variator can be supplied if required to provide variable speed.

These conveyors are constructed using modular components, with aluminium extrusions a key component, allowing bespoke lengths of between 500mm and 6m to be achieved at very modest cost.

Support stands can be provided, again using the Item MB construction system.

These can be a basic stand-alone design, or something more elaborate, enabling easy integration into production machinery.
