Customers include companies such as Atlas Copco, Balda, DaimlerChrysler, Faurecia, Grupo Antolin, GE Jet Engine, GE Plastics, Honeywell, Opel, Siemens Power UK, Snecma, Stork Turbine Blading, Toyota Japan, Toyota Motorsport, Volkswagen Williams International and many more.
"Despite today's difficult economic environment, our customers continue to invest in solutions that enable them to improve their inspection processes", comments Bart Van Coppenolle, CEO of Metris, "Metris achieved its best ever H1 sales result during the first six months of 2003.
H1 sales increased 30% compared with the similar period in 2002 and forecasts for the second half-year are looking good.
Metris' strategy of providing total integrated solutions, rather than just individual software or hardware components, its continuous investment in R and D and its close partnerships with CMM manufacturers are the cornerstones of this ongoing success".
