The Cross Scanner is a patented high-speed, multistripe laser sensor that enables more efficient scanning of features such as holes, slots, gaps and steps inspected in automotive applications.
The spectacular raise is mainly due to the partnerships with major CMM OEMs, the successful introduction of new products and the adoption and acceptance of the laser scanner technology by the metrology community in the manufacturing industry.
"This sharp rise in growth underlines our leading position in CMM laser scanning", Metris CEO Bart Van Coppenolle said.
"These results are achieved by our continued investment in business and product development, and by expanding our sales and support network".
