Guy Sheppard joins Autodesk manufacturing products and training provider, Micro Concepts, as Technical Support Engineer.
Guy Sheppard has joined Autodesk manufacturing products and training provider, Micro Concepts, as Technical Support Engineer.
This follows the firm's recent accreditation as an Autodesk data management reseller and is part of its drive to increase the strength of its customer support.
Sheppard is a Kingston University honours graduate.
"Providing high quality service and technical expertise continues to be central to our business," said Micro Concepts technical manager, Graham Harrison.
"Adding Sheppard to our technical support team reflects our continuing commitment to building long-term customer relationships, by enhancing the quality of service support".
