Midwest Motion unveils 24V DC gearmotor

Midwest Motion Products has announced the model TM55-60-24V GP52-195 DC gearmotor.

The design features ultra-low current draw, high-output torque to size and weight ratio, low speed and low noise, all in a 24V DC gearmotor.

Typical uses for this gearmotor include automotive accessories, UGVs, UUVs, material handling equipment, moving target equipment, rotating signage, mobility and accessibility equipment, plus battery-powered electric utility vehicles.

This unit is able to develop a full continuous output torque of 196in/lb (443in/lb peak) while consuming 1.3A of current.

The device offers a long life battery charge, quiet operation and low-cost drive electronics.
