Force gauges upgraded and down in price
Mecmesin has launched new versions of its AFG advanced force gauge and BFG basic force gauge.
Nevertheless most of the features of the original instrument have been retained.
The rigid yet lightweight aluminium housing is ergonomically shaped for hand-held testing applications, and has M5 mounting points for use with Mecmesin manual or motorised test stands.
The load-cell sampling rate is 1000Hz, and peak readings in tension or compression can be captured and displayed in a range of SI, metric or imperial units.
Data can be uploaded to PCs or data loggers in RS232 format.
The new BFG, which is available in six capacities from 10N to 2.5kN, has an accuracy of +/-0.25% of full scale and a resolution of 1 part in 5000.
All models carry CE marking and are supplied in a robust carrying case with standard accessories and a calibration certificate. Request a free brochure from Mecmesin ...
