Tensile machine double for loads up to
25kN

Mecmesin launches two computer-controlled, compressive and tensile testing machines for quality control testing in manufacturing industries.

Mecmesin has launched two computer-controlled, compressive and tensile testing machines for quality control testing in manufacturing industries The twin-column Multitest 10-i and 25-i materials testing machines are for testing specimens in loads of up to 25kN

The systems are controlled by the firm's recently-upgraded Emperor software for developing procedures and analyses for testing manufactured products, components and materials, in tension or compression.

Both machines are driven by twin, pre-loaded, synchronised ballscrews.

Each test frame can deliver stiffness, often needed in high load, low elongation testing applications.

The increased load capacity and a 400mm gap between the columns allows larger samples to be accommodated.

Mecmesin is also launching grips and fixtures for such applications. Request a free brochure from Mecmesin ...
