pH electrode with integral temperature
sensor

Mettler Toledo has launched a new generation of pressurised gel-filled pH electrodes with integral temperature measurement, ensuring fast and accurate response to temperature changes in the process

For minimum maintenance use in chemical, biotechnology, effluent and pharmaceutical applications, the pressurised gel-filled pH electrode has proven itself over the years in a wide variety of critical applications, particularly where autoclaving, steam sterilisation or CIP techniques are essential to the process Now Mettler Toledo has launched a new generation of pressurised gel-filled pH electrodes with integral temperature measurement

The Pt100 or Pt1000 element has been designed to measure temperature precisely at the pH sensor tip thus fully validating the temperature of sterilisation or CIP protocols and ensuring fast and accurate response to temperature changes in the process.

The new sensors utilise the robust, IP57 rated, VarioPin multi-pin connector featuring PEEK-based material to minimise wear-and-tear in the plant environment.

Associated with our fixed and retractable housings, calibration automation systems and transmitters, complete measuring loops are available with these new pressurised gel-filled pH sensors. Request a free brochure from Mettler Toledo ...
