Metrologists can give weighbridges a new lease of life by converting to digital load cells from Mettler Toledo.
Metrologists can give weighbridges a new lease of life by converting to digital load cells from Mettler Toledo.
Conversions are carried out using the company's Digitol load cell kits, which offer significant advantages over analogue load cells in terms of performance and reliability.
Hermetically sealed in a stainless-steel enclosure, they are protected from moisture ingress and corrosion.
Simple calibration minimises installation time and onboard diagnostics provide continuous self-verification for accurate weighing.
For external installations Digitol load cells are lightening protected.
In addition, the Digitol Powercell and new MTX load cells offer the ultimate protection against water, corrosion and radio frequency interference.
They provide reliable communication to terminals as well as accurate data capture.
