The Rotary Stepper checkweigher from Mettler Toledo Garvens meets the highest accuracy demands with minimum space requirements.
Available in three sizes, it operates in an intermittent weighing cycle with a rotary product flow, making it ideal for small products.
The "mini" model can handle product throughput of up to 70 items a minute and achieves accuracies as high as 20mg at the maximum rate for a given product.
The compact design together with a "bypass" installation method avoids having to cut existing conveyor lines.
Plus the flexible product handling design reduces the time and effort required for a product change to an absolute minimum.
