Graphics printers for printing measured data, status and fault reports in instrumentation, automation and industrial process applications.

USB and Profibus interface options have been added to Metrix Electronics' IPP 144-40 GE industrial panel printer family.

These fast, compact (144 by 72mm Din size), graphics printers are for printing measured data, status and fault reports in instrumentation, automation and industrial process applications.

Having an internal text memory and real-time clock, these versions have the ability to print prestored messages, with embedded variable data, and automatically append date and time.

Their long-life, fixed head, thermal mechanism enables rapid, high-resolution printing.

This can be alphanumeric text from eight to 48 columns, barcodes or bitmap graphics - compatible with Windows printer drivers.

The extra wide 80mm thermal paper is document proof with image retention up to 10 years in normal conditions.

They are available with a choice of AC or DC supply voltages.

Optional accessories include paper re-roll unit and protective cover.
