Displays are ready for industrial applications

Mitex industrial graphics and alphanumeric displays are available with a choice of fieldbus or serial interfaces.

Mitex industrial graphics and alphanumeric displays are available in the UK from Metrix Electronics with a choice of fieldbus or serial interfaces.

They feature backlit graphics LCDs, with resolutions up to 240 x 128 pixel; 2 x 20, 4 x 20 or 2 x 40 character alphanumeric vacuum fluorescent, or 1 x 8 and 1 x 24 character dot-matrix LED displays.

The choice of electrically isolated data interfaces are designed for use in Profibus-DP, CANopen, Arcnet, InterBus, RS232 or RS485 process control systems.

Mitex graphics versions are supplied with dedicated programming software, and a second RS232 port enables character sets and graphics to be uploaded to their internal 512Kbyte Flash memory.

They have rugged metal housings with IP65 sealed fascias, and they only require a 24V DC power supply.
