Rotational moulding replaces vacuum forming
A new fireproof software safe developed by plastics design and moulding firm Meese Orbitron Dunne is rotationally moulded from crosslinked polyethylene in a seamless insulated double-wall design.
The MOD display boasts a rugged base rotomoulded from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) in a single unit with multiple openings in various sizes to accommodate the diverse range of lighting products to be inserted.
The base is crack- and scuff-proof and maintains its brand's colour despite the constant punishment of the retail home centre environment.
The attractive MOD design places graphics prominently at the top and bottom of the display to catch consumer attention and leverage the building product company's name brand awareness.
