Messagemaker Displays is proud of its ability to provide a bespoke solution to each potential customer's specific requirement.

For over 20 years the name Messagemaker has been synonymous, with the provision of high quality LED displays for use within the manufacturing environment.

With no two requirements being the same Messagemaker Displays is proud of its ability to provide a bespoke solution to each potential customer's specific requirement.

One such customer is Chronos Richardson Systems Europe, Materials Processing Solutions, a Business Unit of Premier Tech, which has been using Messagemaker LED display units for just over three years.

Chronos Richardson has opted to supply its own equipment with a three line, twelve character high, single colour display from Messagemaker incorporated as standard, which displays production data on mixer feed systems supplied by the company.

The most recent applications have seen 22 LED display units incorporated at the production line in rubber mixing plants supplied to the Middle East and South East Asia.

The display units have been installed at the downstream batch-off part of the plant to display process data, which includes: formula number; batch number; and lot number.

Interfaced into the Chronos Richardson control systems the Messagemaker LED display units have helped ensure the end users in the rubber industry continue to reliably produce quality rubber compounds for use in tyres and technical rubber goods.

When installed in a manufacturing environment production displays can provide invaluable information to both operators and line management.

As an entry level product Messagemaker can offer standard target/actual/performance displays which can be configured either by using simple PC based software or simply by collecting actual counts by the simple closure of a volt free contact on the production line.

The "target" can be programmed to increment during the shift at preset values/intervals.

For the "actual", a volt free contact closure increments the count by "x" - can be varied.

And for "performance", the target/ actual variance can be displayed as a number or percentage.
