A range of rigid and flexible inspection scopes each comes with a portable 12V battery pack and a halogen lamp in the probe tip to provide bright illumination in the darkest and smallest of cavities.
Micro lenses and LED lighting to go on show
Moritex Europe has chosen the forthcoming IPOT 2005 (February 16-17) exhibition at the NEC to show its latest lenses, lighting and lightscopes for imaging and industrial inspection applications.
The LightScopes are designed for testing and visual inspection of tight, inaccessible locations.
Offering ease of use and unrivalled cost performance, Moritex LightScopes are widely used for remote viewing and limited access inspection applications including machinery repairs as well as aircraft, automotive and diesel engine inspections.
The use of LightScopes in these applications has proven to reduce dismantling time, thereby decreasing costs and increasing work efficiency allowing the user to discover potential problems early, before they cause damage.
Within the security field, Moritex LightScopes are enabling internal examination of suspicious baggage and deliveries without opening the packages or endangering the user.
Available with rigid or flexible probes, each with integral battery powered illumination, Moritex LightScopes are equipped with the highest quality optics to ensure distortion free viewing with true colour reproduction.
Focus range is adjustable from 10mm to infinity and with c/mount compatibility all LightScopes may be interfaced to mobile video or digital recording systems.
Rotational side view adapters are provided with all probes that further enhance the value and range of use of this instrumentation.
All Moritex LightScopes are waterproof and constructed of stainless steel and inert industrial grade polymers to ensure long operational lifetime.
