Broad spectrum source sheds light on IR
vision
Halogen light source employs proprietary technology to deliver high illuminance across the spectral region 1000-1800nm.
Moritex has developed a new standard incandescent infra-red (IR) light source that provides a broad light spectrum that cannot be achieved using with LEDs Compact in design, the MHAB-100 IR light source provides a stable output (+/-1%) over a long life span (1kh minimum)

Lenses boost image recognition performance
Moritex Europe has a new generation of megapixel lenses that provide state-of-the-art high contrast image recognition.
The 100W halogen light source employs proprietary technology to deliver high illuminance (up to 30,000 lux) across the spectral region 1000-1800nm.
This high performance enables the IR light to penetrate into or through materials including Si, GaAs, LiNbO3 and LiaO3, facilitating applications such as wafer alignment, MEMS inspection, solar panel inspection and semiconductor device coaxial transmission observation.
A MHAB Series IR light source may be manually controlled or remotely operated by analogue or digital signals.
Designed for safety and reliability MHAB IR Series light sources are highly resistant to heat shock.
All the new light sources offer the operational flexibility of universal input voltage (100-240V, 50/60Hz).
Moritex offers a complete range of high performance machine vision products for IR applications including lenses, light sources, heat resistant light guides and peripherals that combine to achieve exceptional image capture with high resolution and contrast.
