Version 1.0 of Moldflow's MMS/Production Monitoring (MMS/PM) is now available.

Version 1.0 of Moldflow's MMS/Production Monitoring (MMS/PM) is now available.

This real-time production monitoring system can be attached to virtually any type of cyclic discrete manufacturing equipment and interfaced to enterprise-wide systems.

Connectivity from factory floor to front office means that valuable production data such as parts count, reject rates and machine efficiencies can be taken into account when making critical business decisions.

MMS/Production Monitoring also provides capabilities for managing work orders, scheduling production jobs, tracking mould and machine maintenance and producing reports on the production statistics and efficiency data of all machines.

In addition, there are addon modules available that enable label printing and allow quality control work to be conducted using SPC/SQC techniques.
