FineLine Prototyping, a leading service provider, has purchased its second Viper Pro SLA system for its stereolithography manufacturing needs.
FineLine Prototyping, a leading service provider, has purchased its second Viper Pro SLA system for its stereolithography manufacturing needs.
The Viper Pro represents the most advanced, flexible and efficient solution available in the industry.
"Our initial customers were so impressed with the smooth sidewalls and crisp details on parts from the Viper Pro that they kept coming back for more".
"We then found ourselves in need of more capacity", stated Rob Connelly, President of FineLine Prototyping.
"When 3D Systems designed the Viper Pro, they focused its advanced technology directly on build quality - no other large-frame machine can touch it in terms of part quality - and that aligns perfectly with FineLine's mission", continued Connelly.
"We are enormously pleased with the speed in which leading users like Fineline are adopting this exciting system", said Abe Reichental, 3D Systems President and Chief Executive Officer.
"All of our new manufacturing-capable systems feature the innovative ProScan Imaging System which enables parts manufacturing with smooth surfaces, fine features, sharp edges, and tight tolerances addressing the most demanding application requirements".
Fineline Prototyping's current inventory of systems includes five Viper SLA systems, 2 InVision HR 3D Printers and one Viper Pro SLA system.
The second Viper Pro system adds additional vat capabilities as well as another system capable of achieving build volumes up to 29 x 25 x 21in.
"The Viper Pro SLA system from 3D Systems offers the quality, resolution and accuracy we have been waiting to deliver to our current and future customers for some time", concluded Connelly.
