3D Systems will exhibit its latest systems and solutions for 3D printing, stereolithography and selective laser sintering at Euromold 2006.

3D Systems will exhibit its latest systems and solutions for 3D printing, stereolithography (SLA) and selective laser sintering (SLS) on Stand G 154 in Hall 8.0 at Euromold 2006 from 29th November to 2nd December 2006 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Visitors will be able to view 3D Systems' latest manufacturing systems, the Viper Pro SLA system in its dual-vat configuration, and the Sinterstation Pro SLS system.

In addition, 3D Systems will display its InVision 3D printer product line, including the InVision DP, a 3D printer specifically designed for the dental industry.

The Accura 60 Plastic is a new stereolithography material that simulates the look and feel of moulded polycarbonate.

Accura 60 plastic is designed for use on most solid-state laser SLA systems.

Its stiffness, durability and clarity make it ideal for diverse applications in the automotive, aerospace, electronics and medical industries.

While Accura 60 parts can be used as functional prototypes, they can also be used in manufacturing applications as master patterns for moulds and expendable patterns for metal investment casting.

The Viper Pro SLA system is a new, advanced, flexible, high-capacity stereolithography manufacturing system.

The modular Viper Pro SLA system is available in three configurations, including a "dual-vat" configuration, which enables customers to build parts with two different materials simultaneously, and a single extra-large vat configuration, which enables customers to build parts as large as 1.5m.

The Sinterstation Pro is an advanced new line of automated selective laser sintering manufacturing systems, available in two models: the Sinterstation Pro 140 SLS system and the Sinterstation Pro 230 SLS system.

These new manufacturing systems enable customers to mass customise and produce high-quality, end-use parts, patterns, fixtures and tools consistently and economically from proprietary, engineered plastics and metals, on-site and on-demand.

The InVision 3D printers provide convenient, quick and affordable in-house production of high quality models, prototypes and patterns directly from 3D data.

This product line consists of the InVision SR, InVision HR, InVision LD 3D printers, and the recently introduced InVision DP 3D printer.

The InVision DP (Dental Professional) 3D printer quickly and efficiently produces castable wax-ups for copings and bridges for up to 16 elements from scans and designs prepared directly in the dental lab.

It provides dental labs with an integrated solution that includes a 3D scanner, design software and a customised InVision 3D printer.

The system converts digital input data to castable wax-up shapes using a proprietary material designed specifically for dental moulding applications.
