It provides users with high-definition, functional and durable models that are able to withstand rigorous handling and testing.

This new, versatile InVision XT 3D modeller produces models in a variety of material colours (white, blue or dark gray), suitable for a wide range of applications.

Melt-away supports enable hands-free post processing and deliver a user-friendly operation.

"We are pleased to announce yet another significant addition to our growing family of 3D modelling and rapid prototyping solutions", said Abe Reichental, 3D Systems' President and Chief Executive Officer.

"What users need today is the ability to increase their productivity and improve quality, consistency and delivery".

"Our new and improved high-output, office-friendly InVision XT 3D modeller harnesses our extensive technology and customer experience to enable users to transform even extreme geometries into functional, durable, ready-to-use plastic models and prototypes".

"The InVision XT 3D modeller is a significant step in broadening our portfolio to address emerging customer needs and provide viable performance and economical alternatives for customers who are seeking the best quality, cost and performance package".

"Our ability to bring it to market concurrently with the arrival of the revolutionary V-Flash Desktop modeller and the recently announced V-Flash HA 230 hearing aid manufacturing system is a testimony to the strength and depth of our comprehensive technology portfolio and the accelerated transformation of our business", Reichental said.
