National RP Support is set to will provide repair and refurbishment services for 3D Systems' stereolithography systems in the United States.
3D Systems has entered into an agreement with National RP Support, a national provider of stereolithography field support services, under which NRPS will become a nonexclusive 3D Systems' authorised service provider and will provide certain repair and refurbishment services for 3D Systems' stereolithography systems in the United States.
"We are very pleased to be able to team up with a company of the calibre of NRPS and to have its expertise available to augment our SLA service capabilities", said Abe Reichental, 3D Systems' President and Chief Executive Officer.
"This is yet another deliberate step in our plan to enhance our service offering and to improve our customers' bottom line", continued Reichental.
"We have great respect for the NRPS organisation, and we expect that they will be immediately available to respond to our customers' service needs".
"We are very excited to team up and be able to support 3D Systems and its customers", said Dennis Fogle, NRPS' President.
"Now we can offer our extensive field experience along with the resources of 3D Systems to the benefit of a larger customer base and deliver to our existing customers a wider variety of services".
