Customer-centric approach for Smithson
and Miller

Robert Miller, newly appointed Director of Operations, is directly responsible for delivering high quality post-sales onsite service including maintenance, replacement and repair.
Using knowledge and experience gained during 17 years in the UPS industry, Miller's remit is to improve operational efficiency to meet and exceed customer expectations.
He is meeting regularly with MGE's larger customers and also spearheading the introduction of web-based core systems that will enable them to access online information about their UPS systems.
Miller says: "As well as improving information flow technically, we are also putting into place measures that will improve every type of communication between MGE personnel and our customers".
"Our project and service teams are being given additional training that will help them both identify and respond to opportunities to offer even better service to our customers".
