Torque Tool Specialist MHH Engineering announces the 'Next Generation' of Torque Wrenches - the Torqueleader 'AM Signal System' At the heart of the new system is an AM radio transmitter fitted to the torque wrench and a multi-functional receiver unit, capable of receiving simultaneous signals from four independently operating 'AM type' Tools

When the torque wrench achieves its specified torque setting, a miniature switch, housed within the tool, makes contact and sends a signal via the AM transmitter and receiver.

This signal may be used to activate auxiliary equipment, for instance, only allowing correctly tightened fasteners to pass through a workstation.

In addition, the receiver is also able to prolong the length of signal received and count the number of operations performed by each tool both as a background count and a batch count with zero ability.

Torqueleader Switch tools make the wrench an integral part of the production process and the AM System gives the operator complete freedom of use, without being tethered by a connecting cable.

These benefits, coupled with Torqueleader's unique 'Slipping' and 'Breaking' torque wrench technology, guarantee that fasteners are correctly tightened and ensure the highest possible standards of fastener integrity.
