MHH Engineering have added a new generation of microprocessor controlled Digital 'Memory' Torque Tools to their Torqueleader range of torque control equipment.

Available in both 'TSD' Screwdriver and 'TWD' Wrench formats, these microprocessor controlled hand tools offer an overall torque measurement range of 15 cN.m to 300 N.m over 6 models and are ideal for torque measurement and auditing in R and D, quality control, maintenance and production areas.

All models are battery powered and feature a large alpha/numeric LCD readout with operator selectable units of measurement and a choice of four languages.

Each tool has an on-board memory capacity of over 2000 values, date and time stamped.

Memorised readings may be downloaded to a PC using software supplied, via an RS232 bi-directional serial link.

The software is designed for the easy transfer of readings for SPC analysis and is Windows and MS Excel compatible.

The package includes full instructions, traceable calibration certificate, RS232 interface cable and CD-ROM download software.
