MHH Engineering has added additional models to its Torqueleader Ergo Quickset range of calibrated torque screwdrivers.
Three new models are available and all easily cover the majority of torque settings used in mobile phone assembly: QSN 40, with a range of 5-40cNm; QSA 60z with a range of 10-60ozf.in; and QSA 4 with a range of 0.5-4lbf.in.
All the new models feature specially designed, ergonomic rubber hand grips, giving the user a high degree of comfort and reducing the physical effort required to apply torque.
The smooth "slipping" mechanism signals when the set torque has been achieved and completely eliminates overtightening.
A micrometer adjustment on all models allows for easy, accurate setting with the security of a positive locking system, preventing accidental adjustment.
Designed for use with nut sockets and both 4mm and 0.25in Hex screwdriver accessories, the Ergo Quickset range provides comfortable bidirectional operation with consistent repeat accuracy.
