Mitsubishi Electric has released a new industrialised, intelligent, Plug and Play style modem, available in three versions and preconfigured to talk to any Mitsubishi PLC or HMI system
Mitsubishi Electric has just released its latest offering in the high tech field of GSM Modem technology, which take away all the difficulties associated with GSM modem applications and include a host of special features to maximise their usage in the automation environment These new industrialised, intelligent, Plug and Play style modems are available in three versions and come pre configured to talk to any Mitsubishi PLC or HMI system, or can be configured to talk to intelligent third party products
The GSM Modems include features such as Wide Area Telemetry (WAT), Automatic Dial On Demand (DOD), full SMS messaging, comprehensive data security functions and integral handset connection.
