New from Micromech Robotics, Rapid Fix from Troax is a system designed to comply with the demands for security and protection within industry.

This guarding system is especially suitable in industries where industrial robots and other automated high capacity machinery are in operation.

One of the main advantages is the speed in which the system is assembled and normally only requires one person to erect it but still complies with all the relevant standards for machine security, as for example EN953, EN292.

Thanks to the mounting details in reinforced polymer it is also quick to dismount one or more panels in the system.

This means that service technician or others who have to have access machines without any delays can do their jobs.

The dismounting is carried out with a special tool, which ensures that no unauthorised person can do it.

The post and the foot are separated which makes it possible to easily have a large opening when it is needed.

The mounting details in reinforced polymer have well-documented strength characteristics to meet the demands of industry standards.

It is a modular system and it is easy to change the mesh panels into panels in full steel, sound-absorbing panels or transparent panels which can be supplied with or without UV protection.

It is equipped with doors according to the customer's specification.

There is a choice of different kinds of doors and locks to meet customer needs.

For health and safety on the shop floor Rapid Fix is the ideal solution for avoiding workplace injuries and unplanned downtime in an efficient way.
