New directors for hygrometry device

Michell Instruments has appointed Andrew Stokes and David Leonard to its board of directors, as Technical Director and Finance Director, respectively
As part of its ongoing programme of expansion, Cambridge based Michell Instruments, the manufacturer of hygrometry devices, has appointed Andrew Stokes and David Leonard to its board of directors, as Technical Director and Finance Director, respectively Andrew Stokes has been with the Michell Instruments for nearly twenty years and has previously fulfilled a number of roles, most recently as head of the company's technology department

As Technical Director, Andrew will be primarily responsible for all aspects relating to the design and development of the company's product range.
In addition, Andrew will be involved in controlling both the provision of engineering support to Michell's internal manufacturing department and the ISO9000 accredited quality system.
Andrew has a wealth of experience in manufacturing and calibration, with qualifications including an MBA in Technology Management and a Degree in Electronic Design.
Since joining Michell Instruments six years ago, initially as Production Manager, David Leonard has further developed his expertise and, prior to his appointment to the board, held the position of Director of Operations.
David has a wide range of business and finance experience, including a Masters Degree in Business Management, a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management and an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
In particular, as Finance Director, David will be directly responsible for financial strategy, control and administration.
