Oxygen Analysers available for all analysis types

A Michell Instruments product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Dec 17, 2008

Michell Instruments has introduced the Oxygen Analyser range, which measure oxygen at trace (ppm) levels and percentage oxygen concentrations.

The analysers are suited for clean environments and harsh and hostile applications.

The XZR-400 and XZR-500 analysers are based on MSRS Zirconium Oxide technology for accurate and repeatable oxygen concentration measurement.

The XZR-400 detects oxygen in clean gases while the XZR-500 analyses flue gas.

The metallic sealed reference Zirconium Oxide Sensor removes the need for reference air.

The XTP-600Y and XTM-600 are rugged industrial analysers housed in explosion-proof enclosures.

The XTP 600Y is based on Michell's thermoparamagnetic technology.

It contains no moving parts, making it suitable for applications where it is exposed to movement and vibration, such as on board an oil tanker.

The XTM-600 uses the traditional paramagnetic (dumb-bell) oxygen sensor type and the electrochemical cell, making it adaptable for a range of applications in hazardous areas.

Clean gas versions of the XZR-400 and XZR-500 are available as portable units or for mounting on to walls or bench tops.

The robust XZR-500 flue gas analysers are available with a control unit for mounting on bench tops or walls.
