Compact sized brushless synchronous motors
Mini Motor has recently introduced small brushless synchronous motors - its BS series - which includes BS 45/35, BS 45/70 and BS 55/50 and the relative drive Mini Drive 300.
Tiny brushless motors include planetary reduction
Building on the success of the BS series of miniature brushless motors, Mini Motor has released the BSE series of small brushless geared motors with one- or two-stage planetary reduction units.
Because of the top quality components used, the reliability, the performance and the low cost, the Mini Motor mini brushless motors are a reliable reference for designers and engineers.
Besides the BS brushless motors, Mini Motor also supplies the relative drives: the Minidrive 300.
It is a digital drive with a PWM system and sinusoidal output current allowing to achieve a high performance, controlling speed, torque and position of the synchronous servomotors up to 300 W with resolver.
Some information about performance: - closed circuit speed control with programmable PID parameters - torque limitation - electrical axis by means of encoder simulated input/output values, 1024 Imp.
5 Vdc - 31 possible positions with variable speeds and accelerations selected with digital inputs - resolution of the 0.1deg position of the driving shaft - commands and programming from the keyboard or from an RS 232/485 serial line - external 24 Vdc backup power to hold the instant position - motor parameters, functions, positions and emergency states viewed on the 5-digit display.
