Tiny brushless motors include planetary reduction

A Mini Motor product story

Building on the success of the BS series of miniature brushless motors, Mini Motor has released the BSE series of small brushless geared motors with one- or two-stage planetary reduction units.

The BSE series is designed for low-power applications in many industrial sectors and can also be supplied with lower play.

The factors that make the BS and BSE brushless motors so successful are the quality of the components used, their maximum flexibility of use, high performance and precision, not to mention the excellent quality to price ratio.

There are six types of brushless motors with planetary reduction units in the BSE series: BSE 35/30, BSE 35/60, BSE 45/35, BSE 45/70, BSE 55/50 and BSE 55/100.

Each reduction unit is available with either one or two stages which translates into a range of 12 different models.

BSE 35 geared motors are supplied with a flexible cord, custom sized for each customer, whereas BSE 45 and 55 models are fitted with a connector or, if preferred, a custom sized cord.

The BSE series flanks the BS (BS 45/35, BS 45/70 and BS 55/50) series of brushless motors and have the same basic features: IP65 protection (CEI EN 60529); four-pole sinusoidal motors; enclosed rotor with permanent NeFeBr magnets; thermal cutout switch; class F winding according to VDE0530 standards; feedback with resolver; and the option of a 24V DC NC brake.

Besides the BS and BSE series of brushless motors, Mini Motor also supplies the Drivert 300 relative drive.

This is a digital drive with a PWM system and a sinusoidal output current that makes it possible to achieve high performance, controlling speed, torque and position of the synchronous servomotors up to 300W with resolver.
