Compact sized brushless synchronous motors
Mini Motor has recently introduced small brushless synchronous motors - its BS series - which includes BS 45/35, BS 45/70 and BS 55/50 and the relative drive Mini Drive 300.
Optoisolated inputs provide start/stop control and reversal of rotation direction.
A trimmer can be used to adjust the acceleration/deceleration ramp and low frequency voltage.
The new drive conforms to the EN61800-3 standard (EMC) thanks to the mains filter integrated in the drive, which is designed for mounting on a panel or inside a board.
The Mininvert 270E is coupled to the Mininvert 370-740 series of static frequency converters, allowing systems designers to achieve high performance such as controlling speed in feedback and positioning control.
They have been designed to drive small three-phase motors with powers ranging between 10 and 470W.
Its distinguishing feature is position control handled entirely by the inverter and controllable either by way of digital inputs or an RS232 or RS485 serial communication.
These totally digital models are easily adaptable to different types of motors, encoders and functioning modes thanks to 50 programmable functions.
