Mistura Systems has developed a system of interlock components which form an integral part of OEM machinery, making it safe and ensuring that it cannot be operated in an incorrect manner.
Mistura Systems has developed a system of interlock components which form an integral part of OEM machinery, making it safe and ensuring that it cannot be operated in an incorrect manner.
The safety system is simply assembled during manufacture of the machinery, saving on both costs and assembly time.
Once installed it is very difficult to defeat as it cannot be simply unscrewed from the machine.
Previously, safety interlocks have been bolt-on accessories and have been optional for machine builders.
Now machinery OEMs can integrate a safety system which provides protection for personnel, and for the plant and equipment.
The interlock components are built for strength and provide for almost any sequence of control and hazard protection.
Mistura is also able to supply custom-engineered components for OEMs.
It is a quick and simple process to install the interlock components within a machine during manufacture.
Substantial cost savings are possible, as fewer parts are required.
Integrated into the machine, they have greater protection against tampering and abuse, and also provide an aesthetically pleasing safety system.
All kit assemblies are supplied with full instructions for assembly, test and commissioning.
Mistura also offers an approvals service that ensures the completed machinery complies with the latest safety standards pertinent to the country in which the machinery is destined.
