Micronix PV-5124 is a PC/104 Vehicle Power Supply with flash SSD (Solid State Disk) which provides a convenient way to supply both power and solid state disk capacity to PC/104 bus products
Micronix PV-5124 is a PC/104 Vehicle Power Supply with 1.76MB / 3.84MB Flash SSD (Solid State Disk) which provides a convenient way to supply both power and solid state disk capacity to PC/104 bus products.
The Flash SSD emulates a standard diskette drive, a complete system can thus be built from just one Micronix PV-5124 and one PC/104 CPU.
PV-5124 is a high efficiency DC to DC converter with 30 Watt output capability.
It is designed for embedded vehicular and remote battery operated systems applications.
It will withstand extended temperatures and the shock and vibration of mobile equipment.
Micronix PV-5124 has integrated battery charger and built-in UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) function with interrupt alarm outputs.
It also features CPU controlled and automatic shut down for battery discharge protection.
Additional functions includes a "Shutdown timer" which shows the status of the shutdown timer.
A "Forced shutdown" will bring up a menu where you can test the CPU-controlled shutdown feature function.
If the counter reaches 0 before this condition disappears, it will turn off.
