MiniTec’s Profile System range of aluminium machine framing and construction components is well known to machine builders and systems integrators – with the maxim to ‘save time’ in design, purchase and assembly - the range is backed by comprehensive on-line and off-line CAD support and uses the super fast Powerlock® fastener system that allows rapid profile assembly.
Used for machine guards, workbenches, parts handling machinery, automated manufacturing and test equipment, the modular and flexible Profile System includes a complete range of related components to make machine building faster and easier including wheels, supports, hinges, doors, panels, conveyors, specialised electrical & pneumatic equipment, motors, drives, and motion controls.
MiniTec also supplies a complete range of linear motion components and installation-ready linear slide assemblies that can be used separately or in combination with its machine framing system.
The range is also covered in MiniTec’s on-line and off-line CAD service as well as an interactive E-catalogue featuring a graphical user interface for simplified design visualisation and parts listing.
In addition to component supply and in-house assembly, MiniTec UK Ltd also provides custom design and on-site installation for its full range of Profile System and Linear System products. This complete service is used by manufacturers and research organisations facing tight timescales and where machine design or assembly outsourcing is able to smooth demands during busy periods.
