With over 170 employees in three German factories, ISO9001 certified MiniTec is already an established leader in its home market and has ambitious plans and a support infrastructure to ensure growth at home and abroad.
MiniTec's maxim is "save time", with a strong emphasis on ensuring that the customers task of designing, specifying, purchasing, installing and maintaining its aluminium profiled building system is made as simple as possible for an ultimate lower cost of owner ship and maximum return on investment.
At the heart of the MiniTec profile system is a unique "power-lock" fastening method which requires no specific preparation, premachining or special tools.
The fastening system is well proven for simplified design, rapid assembly and also allows re-usability.
All major components and subcomponents are carefully matched to ensure that total flexibility in design is assured and that the MiniTec system will provide years of trouble-free life with minimal maintenance.
As well as comprehensive "hard copy" and PDF catalogues for the profile system ranges, downloadable CAD software for AutoCAD and other CAD systems is available.
In addition, a unique, web-based E-catalogue and integrated i-CAD interactive software allows customers to view, examine and download 2D or 3D CAD files for each single component in the range and produce complete parts lists for simplified ordering.
This system is the envy of the building profile industry and combines graphical displays of system components with itemised category lists and indexed sections for all products in the entire range.
The complete range of MiniTec products covers over 30 aluminium profiles along with an abundance of complementary components including fastening elements, links, hinges, handles, locks, feet, wheels, door elements, conveyor and machine guard system components along with electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components.
The range also covers linear bearings, guides, motors and transmission components for pick and place and automated handing applications.
MiniTec can also provide complete turnkey assembled solutions, and the entire range is supported with tools and attachments to simplify assembly and further reduce costs. Request free introductory details about products from MiniTec UK ...
