Timing belt module for machine building system

A MiniTec UK product story

32mm wide module steel-reinforced polyurethane timing belt added to ancillary components available for modular profile, machine building system.

A 32mm wide AT10 module timing belt has been added to the range of ancillary components available for Minitec's modular profile, machine building system.

Available in standard lengths from 50 to 6000mm, the steel-reinforced polyurethane belt has stiffness characteristics and is suitable for high load and high speed transfer of components on single or dual track conveyors or as part of a linear positioning system.

A 16mm wide AT5 module belt is also available with complementary pulleys and tensioning devices to ensure that product transport and conveying can added quickly and efficiently.

The machine building system includes 30 modular aluminium profiles and a Powerlock-N fastening system that requires no special tools or machining other than cutting the profile to the required length.

Ancillary components are available for design and fabrication of complete machines for production and test, materials handling systems, machine guards and automated manufacturing systems.

Specifying the machine building system is helped by a choice of hard copy or PDF catalogues, on-line e-catalogue, I-Cad software for Autocad, and Cadmenu for other systems, or with the web-based I-Cad interactive software that lets users view, examine and download 2D or 3D CAD files for each component in the range and produce complete parts lists to simplify ordering.

This system combines graphical displays of system components with itemised category lists and indexed sections for all Minitec machine building products.
